John Botha

John Botha has been professionally involved in golf for than 30 years after a former career as a PGA Professional. He apprenticed with Gary Player and was permanently based at the Sun City resort soon after it opened. John has been instrumental in the golf media scene for the past 2 decades, conducting radio reports, television commentary and also writing for several different golf publications. He is the senior golf writer for Complete Golfer and edits the publication GCM, South Africa’s golf industry magazine. View John’s posts

Antonie Els

Antonie Els is the current Golf Manager at Sun City Resort, and finds himself being responsible for every aspect of the golf operations. His role extends back over the last 5 years during which time he has made himself indispensable to the game, the resort and now to this blog.
